Context
This project was delivered in partnership with Proyecto404.com, a digital agency known for working with high-impact clients. My role was fully remote and hands-on, supporting the agency’s design team with strategy, research, and interface design for a fast-moving enterprise-level project.
The challenge was to create a design experience that would be intuitive for non-technical users while still offering the power and flexibility needed for enterprise-grade solutions.

Key tasks
UX Research:
Conducted user research to understand enterprise user goals, expectations, and technical limitations.
Wireframing:
Created low- and high-fidelity wireframes to explore flows and define user interaction logic.
Prototyping:
Built interactive prototypes to communicate ideas, test functionality, and validate solutions with users and stakeholders.

Usability Testing:
Led usability tests to identify friction points and optimize the flow and layout of the platform.
UX/UI Design:
Designed the full interface and user experience, ensuring the platform was visually consistent, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Final Thoughts
This project deepened my understanding of how low-code platforms can democratize digital creation in large organizations.
It was a great example of how thoughtful UX design can empower non-technical users to do things traditionally reserved for developers—without compromising performance or flexibility.

Collaborating with Proyecto 404 gave me the chance to bring strategic design thinking into a complex B2B context, and contribute meaningfully to a platform that’s actively shaping the future of enterprise software.
